**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling site visits and meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
