Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage online sales activities, including product listings, customer interactions, and order processing across various e-commerce platforms.
- Generate sales by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise promotional campaigns, sales funnels, and product visibility.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or company-specific platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in digital marketing or SEO optimisation.
- Knowledge of online payment systems and order fulfilment processes.
- Prior experience with online chat systems or customer support tools.
