**Job Description**:
**Role Summary**:

- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as per defined formats basis input from respective stakeholders, by following standard operating procedures.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external teams, confirm details for cancellation, creation or amendment of PR and PO creation.
- Create and update PR-PO tracker and documents relevant details to support monitoring activities.
- Manage the business procurement requests by liaising with both the internal stakeholders and the preferred vendors and achieve best value for the company
- Validate and provide 1st level approval for purchase requisitions, check for compliance and prepare monthly reports
- Work together with Category Management to understand the procurement and business processes and analyses new opportunities where procurement process can be established
- To undertake project work directed by the procurement manager and achieve savings
- Create Pos, GRNs, GIs in SAP

**Essential**: SAP MM/ SAP PS(Good to have)

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in IT / B.E / B.Tech

**Experience (years)**: 1-2 years

**Industry / Technology background**: IT

**Location**: Mumbai

**Working Hours**: 9am to 6pm

Overall Project/Task description
A junior level person who has experience in procurement/sourcing and has good knowledge of SAP MM and PS Module, Import and Local purchases. He/She will be working as procurement Executive, and will be 1st approver for purchase requisitions, create PRs and POs in SAP, answer stakeholder queries, work on quote requests etc. Must be fluent in English
- writing and oral skills.
