**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an astute Purchase Executive to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The Purchase Executive responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, products, and services, negotiating contracts, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Research potential vendors
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Managing and negotiating vendors enquiries through to acceptance contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Arrange vendors meetings to, resolve queries, and review best practice as required
- Facilitate vendors payments
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client, vendors and internal teams.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical with exceptional numerical skills.
- Data analysis and trending skills - analyzing Excel style data sets to identify trends.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (create written/edit documents and run spread sheets).

**Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce Graduates OR Engineers Preferred with relevant experience in Procurement Department. ( 0-1 year of Experience)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
