**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, licenses, and services in line with business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to gather quotes, compare pricing, and evaluate basic proposals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track delivery schedules.
- Support senior team members in contract documentation and procurement reporting.
- Work with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor stock levels of IT assets and assist with inventory control.
- Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution with suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards.
- Help maintain vendor databases and documentation for audits and evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., laptops, software licenses, networking equipment).
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
