We are seeking an experienced **Procurement Executive** to join our team in Mumbai. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement activities of IT hardware and related components. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes to support the company's IT hardware requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**: Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, including sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order creation.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products as per specifications.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Issue purchase orders, track order status, and ensure that all purchased items are delivered on time and in accordance with company requirements.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of IT hardware, ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- **Cost Control**: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, discounts, and favorable terms, aiming to reduce procurement costs.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, update procurement reports, and keep stakeholders informed on order statuses and delivery timelines.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3 - 9 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on IT hardware or similar technical products.
- **Education**: Any graduate, preferably in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc.).
- **Vendor Relations**: Strong experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for IT hardware procurement.
- **Market Knowledge**: Good understanding of the IT hardware market, product specifications, and current market trends.
