**Job Description: Procurement Executive (Insulation Manufacturing)**

**Overview**: As a Procurement Executive specializing in insulation manufacturing, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement process, ensuring the acquisition of quality materials and services required for our operations. You will play a vital role in bid evolution, auditing vendors, and qualifying new suppliers to support our manufacturing needs efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
**Bid Evolution and Vendor Selection**:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop bid documents and specifications for procurement projects.

Manage the bidding process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with selected vendors.

Analyze bid proposals to determine the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers for insulation materials, equipment, and services.

**Vendor Audit and Qualification**:
Conduct audits and assessments of existing and potential suppliers to evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.

Develop vendor qualification criteria and maintain a database of approved suppliers based on performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans for underperforming vendors as necessary.

**Material Procurement**:
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to determine material requirements and specifications for insulation manufacturing processes.

Generate purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

**Cost Analysis and Negotiation**:
Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, leveraging volume discounts and long-term contracts to achieve cost reductions.

Track procurement expenses and analyze spending patterns to identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:
Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and enforce quality standards for purchased materials and services.

Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and industry regulations.

Address quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and maintain product integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
