Based in Ahmedabad, our cutting-edge facility processes minerals sourced from across India. Alongside our corporate office in Mumbai, we strategically manage a warehouse in Talegaon.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Procurement Executive at Gujarat Clay Mills Pvt. Ltd., you will play a critical role in sourcing new vendors, managing our supply chain and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Your key responsibilities include:
**1. Supplier Identification and Selection**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.

**2. Product Knowledge and Vendor Matching**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and specifications.
- Match products with appropriate vendors and contract manufacturers based on quality, capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.
- Regularly assess vendor capabilities to ensure alignment with our product requirements and standards.

**3. Database Management**:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of logistic vendors and contract manufacturers.
- Organize vendor information, including contact details, capabilities, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Streamline vendor selection processes and enhance efficiency in vendor management.

**4. Cost-effective Vendor Selection**:

- Analyze client locations and product requirements to identify the most cost-effective vendors.
- Implement strategies to optimize vendor selection and procurement processes.
- Ensure alignment with client needs and budgetary constraints.

**5. Supply Chain Logistics Management**:

- Manage supply chain logistics routes for incoming and outgoing supply.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent understanding of product specifications and vendor capabilities.
- Proficiency in database management and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month**
