**Job Overview**:
The Procurement Executive for Import will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for goods sourced internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global markets, supply chain dynamics, and import regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Relationship Management**:
Identify, assess, and negotiate with international suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.

**Global Sourcing**:
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about market trends.

Evaluate supplier capabilities and reliability to ensure a stable and diverse supply chain.

**Import Logistics**:
Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate and optimize the importation process.

Monitor shipping schedules, customs clearance, and transportation to ensure timely delivery.

**Cost Negotiation and Analysis**:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, focusing on cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Analyze total cost of ownership and implement cost-saving initiatives.

**Compliance and Regulatory Management**:
Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.

Stay abreast of changes in regulations and adapt procurement strategies accordingly.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks in the procurement process and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues related to importation.

**Skills Required**:
Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on imports.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
