**Job Description**:
A junior level person who has experience in procurement/sourcing and has good knowledge of SAP MM and PS Module, Import and Local purchases. He/She will be working as procurement Executive, create PRs,RFQ and POs in SAP, update daily trackers and dashboards, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, Follow up with vendor for delivery, prepare various reports/dashboards as per the standard frequency, answer stakeholder’s queries, etc. Must be fluent in English
- writing and oral skills.

Additional Information
- **Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for quotation (RFQ),and Purchase Orders (PO) as per defined formats basis input from respective stakeholders, by following standard operating procedures.**:

- **Co-ordinate with internal and external teams, confirm details for cancellation, creation or amendment of PR, RFQ and PO, and resolve the system errors if any.**:

- **Follow up with vendor for material and service delivery and maintain tracker.**:

- **Primary check of Invoice inline with PO.**:

- **Initiate and coordinate with business team for Vendor Evaluation.**:

- **Maintain PP-PO tracker and updates to Dashboard for internal management reporting.**:

- **Timely and accurately preparing and sharing the reports as and when asked by Management.**:

- **Timely and errorless closure of the assigned task, following agreed TAT and achieve 100% accuracy rate.**:

- **Timely response to the queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.
