Job Title: Customer Care Executive
- Noida

Office based for the 1st 6 months at least - a hybrid working basis will be considered after training/probation.

Job Responsibility:

- Ensure that all communications from the contractors receive a response within 24 hours of receipt and that all queries or issues are resolved ASAP. Escalate pending issues and critical situations immediately.
- Understand the assigned solution, its calculations and documents expected from contractors.
- Check all initial sales and solution summaries for accuracy. Refer any queries back to the responsible salesperson.
- Ensure quality, analyze, and resolve client issues and complaints.
- Control and maintain a record of documents while ensuring compliance. Continually monitor and chase for documentation to ensure everything is in place within 3 months of the contract starting.
- Process timesheets and raise invoices as and when required.
- Understand payroll calculations and process contractor payments as and when re-quired.
- Manage the monthly review and follow up of contractor extensions and follow up with Client and internal departments.
- Ensure that all communications from the contractors are dealt with promptly with any issues being raised immediately with the Team Leader.
- Provide reports to seniors as requested.
- Liaise with other departments for any information required by contractors and reply to contractors accordingly.
- Acquaint yourself with the group’s working practices ensuring greater flexibility dur-ing periods of absence.
- Highlight to the Supervisor any issues with the solution that impacts on the smooth operation of the group or causes problems for the contractors. - All other reasonable tasks as requested by the Supervisor.

Mandatory:

- Good Computer Skills
- Excellent written and spoken business English is essential.
- Must be able to commute to and from our office in Noida - Sector 16 as no transport is provided.

Mandatory: require a very high level of both written and verbal English.

Experience:4-5 years of experience handling INTERNATIONAL clients/customers

Job Location: Noida Office - Sector 16 (Work from office)

The working hours are 10:45 to 19:15 IST with flexibility to cover 2nd Shift 12 to 8.30 IST

Reporting To: Supervisor

Qualification: Graduate
