**Customer Success Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) After Sale's service, taking care of existing customers.

2) Marking Rapport with customers by providing good service.

3) Ensuring 100% software usage

4) Problem solving on day today basis

5) Responsible for Renewal and upsell of the products to the existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Customer Success or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using MS Office.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Ability to upsell & cross sell products & services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
