A motivated **Tele-Sales Executive (Fresher)** who is based in Pune with a strong contact base. If you are good at communication, love convincing people over calls, and want to start your career in sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services.
- Generate leads, build interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
- Keep records of calls and customer responses.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher from Pune (mandatory) with a good contact network.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for sales, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset.
- Dedicated, energetic, and confident over the phone.
