**Position: Tele-Sales Freshers at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai**

**Qualifications Required: Graduate in any discipline**

Experience Required**:Freshers desirous of making a career in Tele sales/ Edtech industry.**

Other skills required**:Should have Good Interpersonal Communication skills (English, Hindi and Marathi)**

Job Responsibility:

- Required to handle Outbound, Inbound tele-calling & Online Chat Processes.
- Will operate in the General Day Shift, but should be open for rotational Weekly Offs.
- Outbound Process: Upsell & Cross-sell Executive and Certification Courses. Will be provided with leads.
- Inbound Process: Attend to the Sales & Services Calls Received On the Customer Care Numbers
- Online Chat Process: Be Available to Address Any Query Coming Through Online Chat Mode
- Responsible for Converting Telephone Enquiries Into Admissions
- Responsible for Achieving Business Targets Through Effective Counselling as per the Timelines
- Ability to understand and learn the CRM

**Salary Range: Rs.2.5 to Rs.3 lakhs per annum with additional performance-linked variable pay**
