To expand our reach, we’re looking for enthusiastic **Tele Sales Executives** who can engage customers, explain our services, and drive both **service subscriptions and product/material sales**.

**Role Overview**

The Tele Sales Executive will be the **voice of NeXushubs**, reaching out to potential customers, parents, schools, corporates, and vendors. The role involves **calling, pitching, and closing sales** for:

- **Services**: Venue bookings, workshops, competitions, events
- **Products**: Toys, DIY kits, craft materials, and learning kits

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers, leads, and vendors.
- Pitch NeXushubs’ services (sports venues, workshops, event bookings) and material/product offerings.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Maintain daily/weekly call reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
- Build and nurture customer relationships for repeat sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for **campaigns & promotions**.
- Forward high-value leads (who request in-person meetings) to the **Field Sales Team** for closure.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum **1-2 years of tele sales / inside sales experience** (education, e-commerce, or service sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills in **English & Hindi**; regional languages are an advantage.
- Confidence in pitching over phone/WhatsApp; persuasive & target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / MS Excel for lead tracking.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy are also welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,726.31 - ₹30,312.76 per month
