**Front Desk Duties**:Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Client Services**:Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding property listings, open houses, and real estate services.
Schedule property showings, appointments, and consultations with real estate agents.
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and forms.

**Administrative Support**:Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Manage and organize office documents, listings, and databases.

**Office Operations**:Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, such as cleaning and maintenance personnel.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

**Communication Handling**:Screen and filter calls to manage real estate agents' schedules effectively.
Relay messages and important information promptly.

**Database Management**:Maintain and update client and property databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
Assist with data entry into real estate software and CRM systems.

**Team Support**:Collaborate with real estate agents and other staff to provide administrative support as required.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating and distributing promotional materials.
