**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our agency. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide support to real estate agents and brokers as needed.
- Assist in organizing and executing events and open houses.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
