Receptionist : Real Estate

Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and clients.
- Manage property visit bookings and coordinate client meetings.
- Handle basic inquiries about properties, listings, and company services.
- Assist with preparing documents, forms, and property files.
- Maintain office supplies and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Record visitor details and manage access for meetings.
- Support real estate sales team with clerical tasks (printing, scanning, filing, data entry).
- Update customer databases and property listings (if required).
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Diploma in business administration or relevant field (preferred).
Experience
- 1–2 years in front office or customer service roles, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
