**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Real Estate CRM** to join our team. As a CRM, you will play a critical role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance our real estate operations. Your expertise in CRM administration, data management, and process optimization will contribute to our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients and streamline internal workflows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation and management of the real estate CRM system.
- Customize the CRM platform to align with our business processes and workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information within the CRM.
- Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits, and perform data cleansing as needed.
- Train and onboard team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Create and manage automated workflows, tasks, and notifications to optimize lead and client management.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns, leads, and contacts into the CRM system.
- Assist in identifying and resolving CRM-related technical issues or bugs.
- Stay informed about CRM updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Act as the point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support for internal users.
- Regularly assess and improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate the CRM with other business systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CRM administration, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with real estate-specific CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot for Real Estate, CRM for Real Estate).
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in creating custom fields, workflows, and automation within the CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Effective communication skills for training and supporting CRM users.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
- Experience with integrating CRMs with other software tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is advantageous.
