**Profile Introduction:

As a Real Estate Accounts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and contributing to the financial health of the real estate business.

**Responsibility:

- **Financial Transactions**:Manage day-to-day financial transactions related to real estate operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:Collaborate with real estate development teams to assist in the creation, monitoring, and analysis of project budgets.
- **Financial Reporting**:Generate regular financial reports for real estate projects, summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- **Lease Administration**:Oversee lease accounting processes, including rent calculations, reconciliations, and compliance with lease terms.
- **Tax Compliance**:Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with real estate tax regulations.

Provide necessary financial information for tax reporting purposes.
- **Vendor and Contractor Payments**:Manage payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- **Financial Audits**:Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits related to real estate transactions.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement in real estate accounting procedures.
