- 8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Minimum experience:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with relevant tax regulations and compliance.

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Chartered Accountant specializing in Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in managing financial aspects of our real estate projects. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic financial planning and decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and optimizing financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis for real estate development projects, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making and project planning.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with real estate tax regulations and optimize tax strategies for projects.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- **Audit Preparation**: Collaborate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audits related to real estate transactions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks associated with real estate projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of changes in real estate and accounting regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to relevant standards.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles.
- Familiarity with relevant tax regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
