We are a Pune based Chartered Accountant Firm and we are looking for a self-driven and Real Estate industry experienced **Qualified Chartered Accountant** with a strong background in Direct as well as Indirect Taxes with clear understanding of RERA.

**Job Title**: CA - Real Estate

**Location**: Pune (Onsite at B S M A R T AND ASSOCIATES LLP’s office Mukund Nagar)
**Qualification & Experience**: CA (3+ years post qualification experience in Real Estate industry)

**Pay scale : 9lkh -11lkh per annum**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts.
- Reviewing and timely completion of Audit schedules/details, reviewing report of Articles, visiting clients' place for meetings as and when required and coordinating with ROC & Registrar Office as per need. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e. Income Tax & **GST**.
- To undertake **Stat Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audit**, prepare **Income Tax Returns** and provide all services related to taxation and account matters of the clients.
- Preparing MIS and other needed reports
- Computation of provision for advance tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Qualification and Experience**:Qualified Chartered Accountant**with Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Real estate sector handling (Indirect Tax) GST, Direct Tax & Audits (i.e Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits)
- **Technical Skills**:
Solid understanding of Scrutiny Assessments, Appeals in Income Tax and preparation of replies to notices, financial statements, corporate finance principles, and Indian taxation regulations. **Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must.**
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Client Management**: Ability to work independently and ability to deal with team and clients effectively.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
