**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare trial balances and work paper product
- Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries
- Prepare financial data analysis
- Monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables
- Interact with Management and Clients
- Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement
- Operate as a contact point for clients
- Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties - auditors, legal counsel
- Assist in client audit procedures
- Process wire transfer payments on behalf of clients

**Qualification**:

- Minimally a Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimally 3-4 years of accounting experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- 3-5 years accounting experience, real estate accounting a plus
- Real Estate Industry accounting experience

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
