- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance and accounting or as CA.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile introduction:

Responsibilities:
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
- **Transaction Management**: Oversee financial aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, financial audits, and coordination with legal teams for compliance.
- **Tax Planning and Compliance**: Develop and implement tax strategies for real estate assets, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess financial risks associated with real estate investments, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and development, to ensure seamless coordination in all financial matters related to real estate projects.
- **Advisory Role**: Provide financial guidance and advice on real estate investments, helping to optimize financial performance and return on investment.

Requirements:
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of real estate financial concepts, regulations, and market trends.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficient in financial modeling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Languages**:English, Marathi, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 per month
