**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (HR preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT/IT as per role).
