**Position Overview**: We are looking for a highly skilled and resourceful **Recruiter (Remote) willing to work NIGHT SHIFTS (9:30PM-5:30AM IST)** with a strong background in HR and talent acquisition to join our expanding team. This role requires excellent communication, confident negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes in multiple sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- **Situational Handling**: Resolve challenges and manage sensitive situations during the hiring process with a solution-oriented mindset.
- **Digital Signing & Documentation**: Manage e-signature processes and handle onboarding documents using secure digital tools.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**: Gather and analyze recruitment data to track key metrics and improve the hiring process.
- **Onboarding Process**: Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires by collaborating with internal HR teams and following US employment regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years (Proven experience working in HR, recruiting, and onboarding, with prior experience in night shifts is an advantage)
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones and occasional weekends as required by business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **ADP or similar payroll systems, Excel, Microsoft 365 & Teams** preferred.
- Knowledge of digital signing tools and HR documentation processes.
- Prior experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting preferred.
