**Job description**

Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Coordinate and track sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely order processing.

Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and address inquiries.

Liaise with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.

Maintain and update customer information in the SAP system.

Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Support the sales team in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and product documentation.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and preferably SAP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with the gas generator industry or related technical products is a plus.

Salary CTC: 15-22k CTC

Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

**Benefits**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
