We are looking for an **experienced Sales Coordinator** to join our team at. If you have a proven track record of coordinating sales activities, working with clients, and maintaining accurate records in Tally, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales records and data entry in Tally for sales orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other related documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating between the sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and products.
- Prepare quotations, track sales orders, and maintain customer databases.
- Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and provide feedback to the sales team on performance.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate billing and payment tracking.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of **Tally software** is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
