About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Support end-to-end sales cycle, from lead management to order processing and closure.
- Coordinate with system integration partners for solution delivery and implementation.
- Maintain and update records of vendor agreements, contracts, and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align vendor offerings with client requirements.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, vendor performance, and procurement status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales coordination, vendor management, or procurement (preferably in Infrastructure & SI industry).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
