**Sales Coordinator with Purchase Responsibilities**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with expertise in purchase operations to join our team. This role bridges sales and procurement functions to ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers, arrange trials, generate customers and provide their details to the sales team for trial execution.
- Track purchase orders (PO) and dispatch materials post-pricing negotiations.
- Monitor material status, coordinate with customers, and gather feedback on orders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely product delivery.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating replenishment as required.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, purchase activities, and inventory status.
- Collaborate with the team to procure materials based on their requirements.
- Address client and vendor concerns promptly, fostering strong relationships.
- Support sales targets through effective coordination between sales, purchasing, and logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination and procurement roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
