**The Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with team leads across marketing, design and digital function and aligning, assigning, maintaining all their tasks and responsibilities.
- Vendor management and consultant management on behalf of the marketing head.
- Managing media relations and exploring areas of participation to build brand goodwill in the markets where Capdeal is present or about to be launched.
- Manage social media platforms of the brand and it’s core team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the audience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and copywriting, continuously provide teams with relevant developments in marketing and trends.
- Arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders, create minutes and share with the concerned personnels post the meeting has concluded.
- Manage bills and recoveries on behalf of the department.
- Maintain records of all the activities like paper ads, BTL/ATL promotions or any other events that have been conducted by the marketing department.
- Manage events and coordinate with other department’s team members to drive the event successfully.
- Maintain stock of marketing collaterals and place orders as and when required.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to stakeholders as and when required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or Management.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, flair for creativity and innovation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
