Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute impactful social media influencer campaigns that promote our edtech offerings and engage our target audience.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of webinars, including scheduling, technical setup, participant communication, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless and successful events.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with trainers, instructors, and experts in the field, ensuring effective communication and coordination of training programs and content delivery.

Provide consultative support to the management team by analyzing program performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and offering insights for enhancing overall program effectiveness.

Monitor and manage various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting related to influencer campaigns, webinars, and trainer interactions.

Stay updated with industry trends, education technology advancements, and social media developments to contribute fresh ideas and strategies for continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or related roles, preferably within the edtech sector.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with influencers, trainers, team members, and management.

Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer engagement strategies.

Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of webinar platforms, online collaboration tools, and data management systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for education and technology.

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
