**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **Chat Support Executive** with 1-5 years of experience to join our support team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through live chat, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, or issues with clarity and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers in making decisions.
- Maintain Website
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in chat or customer support roles.
- Excellent written & Spoken communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English.
- Proficiency with live chat platforms (Insta, FB, WhatsApp etc.).
- Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
- Basic Knowledge in E-Commerce Website
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Any Degree
- Experience in e-commerce, digital services is a plus.
**Salary**:
- 15,000 - 20,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
