Customer Care Executive

1. Welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the ESpa and assist them with check-in procedures.
2. Manage appointments using the ESpa's booking system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote spa services and packages.
- Receiving inbound calls from clients who have queries about the spa services, and addressing their concerns and questions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in the database.
- Scheduling appointments for clients and coordinating with the E spa staff.
- Providing clients with detailed information about the spa services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide information of Services and Offers to customers.
