Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Dealer Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers to expand the electric two-wheeler dealership network.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure long-term business growth.
- Training & Support: Educate dealers about product features, USPs, and sales techniques to improve their performance.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales reports, dealer feedback, and market insights to help improve business strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Fresher or upto 2+ years in sales, preferably in the automobile, electric vehicle (EV), or two-wheeler industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for dealership development and marketing.
- Language: Proficiency in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
