**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduation fresher can apply
- Minimum 6 months years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic while dealing with difficult customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
