**Your job as Sales Executive is**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
- Maximising sales through effective communication
- Dealing with customer queries and concerns
- Maximising profitability and meeting sales target
- Exhibiting a professional approach to handling internal/external Customers
- Being aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industry-related developments
- Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
- Focusing on Customer Relationship
- Reporting to Store Manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience min 1+ years in any retail industry
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to write clear, detailed reports
- Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
