As a Retail salesperson at Parekh Chandrajagat & Sons, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to suit their needs. Your primary duties will include:

- Greeting customers warmly and engaging them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing expert knowledge and guidance on our jewelry collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Staying informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to serve our customers better.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gold, and silver.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
