**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Drive sales by showcasing product knowledge and suggesting additional items.
- **Product Handling**: Ensure proper display and care of jewelry items, maintaining store aesthetics.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- **Inventory Checks**: Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Over-the-counter sales experience in retail stores; jewelry store experience is a significant advantage.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with jewelry or willingness to learn about different products and materials.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle high-value items with care and precision.
- **Availability**: Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
