**Position Overview**

Titan Company Limited, India’s leading lifestyle and retail brand, encompassing Tanishq, Helios, Taneira, Titan Eye+, and other premium brands, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of **Retail Sales Officer**. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience across our retail outlets.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements, provide suitable product recommendations, and guide them through the purchase process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting ongoing offers or schemes.

**Product Knowledge & Presentation**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product range, features, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
- Ensure the display and merchandising of products are in line with the company’s guidelines.

**Store Operations**
- Handle billing, invoicing, and other point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Maintain inventory records, manage stock replenishment, and assist in stock audits.
- Ensure the store’s cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Titan's visual merchandising standards.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and statutory compliance such as those under the Shop and Establishment Act.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports as required by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
