**Position**:Retail Salesperson**
**Location**: Neha Sharma Label Showroom, Pune
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience (with performance-based increment after 6 months)

With over 12 years in the fashion industry and four successful in-house brands, we are rapidly expanding and looking to add a dynamic **Retail Salesperson** to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end designer boutique setting, offering fashion-forward collections to our discerning customers.

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose designer clothing, accessories, and fashion items.
- Offer styling tips and fashion advice to customers, ensuring they are happy with their purchases.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed **monthly and weekly sales targets** set by the boutique.
- Upsell and cross-sell designer products to increase average transaction value.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and new arrivals to pitch to customers effectively.
- **Store Presentation**:

- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed and presented to attract customers.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay knowledgeable about all products, including details on fabrics, design, and care instructions.
- Keep up with fashion trends and ensure your recommendations align with customer preferences.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and stockroom organization.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire shopping experience, from greeting customers to completing their transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the POS system, process transactions, and ensure cash handling is accurate and secure.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School diploma; a degree in Fashion, Retail, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in **retail sales**, preferably in **designer boutiques** or high-end fashion retail.
- **Target-Driven**: Proven experience in meeting and exceeding **sales targets**.
- **Fluent in English**: Good communication skills, with fluency in **English** (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- **Fashion Enthusiast**: A genuine passion for fashion and understanding of current trends in the designer space.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
