**Role Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to help us onboard retail outlets, gourmet food stores, and premium shops in Pune and Bangalore. The role will involve direct field visits, product pitching, placement, and relationship building with store managers and decision-makers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard premium retail outlets, gourmet shops, organic food chains, and specialty stores in the assigned city.
- Pitch Chataka Tales’ range of products (pickles, spices, gift hampers) to store owners and category managers.
- Negotiate margin structures, placement fees (if any), and order cycles.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and POS activation in retail.
- Conduct in-store sampling and activation activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Track and ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.

**We're Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of FMCG or Food & Beverage sales experience, preferably in offline/retail B2B.
- Prior experience in retail store onboarding, GT/MT channel, or premium grocery segment will be a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, travel within the city, and meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Self-driven, passionate about food, and a natural relationship builder.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Sales background preferred)

Language: Fluency in English + Local language (Hindi, Marathi for Pune; Kannada, English for Bangalore)
