Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting and interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products. Daily tasks include sales activities, restocking shelves, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, and increasing store sales through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Salesmanship and experience in retail sales
- Product knowledge and merchandising skills
- Communication skills and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus
