Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing sales reports, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the distribution team to ensure the successful delivery of services. The Salesperson will play a key role in the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, relationship management, and customer service skills
- Market research, sales presentations, and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records
- Proficiency with IT tools and software relevant to sales and distribution management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the transportation and cargo management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
