**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Salesperson to join our General Merchandising department at Food Square, Santacruz. The role involves assisting customers, ensuring product visibility, maintaining store standards, and driving sales through excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in finding products.
- Provide product knowledge and suggestions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and accurately priced.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays.
- Handle billing and assist at checkout counters when required.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG / General Merchandising preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to handle diverse shoppers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
