**Responsibilities**:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.- Analyses existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.- Create and maintain the information architecture.- Plan, manage and lead the full lifecycle of proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.- Organize and prepare writing schedules to ensure drafts of content and finished projects are completed within deadlines.- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.-
- Requirements:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of user and service manuals- Proven working experience in writing process analysis, SOPs, technical bulletins and regulatory submittals.- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail- Ability to grasp quickly complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures- Excellent written skills in English- Strong working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Office Suite- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred- Minimum 0-1+ years of Technical writing experience, with demonstrated ability in the following areas: User and service manuals, process analysis, SOPs, technical bulletins and regulatory submittals.- Qualification: - BCA, MCA, MSC IT, BBA, MBA, PGDCA
