The role involves preparing preliminary cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation during the proposal stage of treatment plant projects.Scope of Work:Prepare preliminary technical and commercial estimates for WTP, STP, and ETP during proposal and bidding phasesDevelop detailed BOQs and pre-tender estimatesAssist in compiling complete tender documentationCoordinate with internal engineering and sales teams to gather required inputsSupport senior engineering staff in the preparation of techno-commercial proposalsEnsure compliance with technical standards and client specificationsQualifications:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:Mechanical EngineeringEnvironmental EngineeringElectrical Engineering (with relevant experience)Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Water Treatment companyStrong understanding of treatment plant process design, costing, and estimationFamiliar with industry standards and proposal documentation requirementsKey Skills:Estimation and costing of WTP/STP/ETP systemsBOQ preparation and interpretation of drawings/specificationsKnowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in water treatmentProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and estimation software tools
