**Responsibilities**:

- Soft sales (no cold calling), leads are generated through Metasuite.
- Manage inbound and outbound customers calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage assigned target & ensure defined CPMs are met.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Sales & support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
- Added experience of an Australian Project will be a plus.
- Excellent communication **(MUST) **and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
