**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct calling to customers for order confirmation and sales conversion.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales through effective phone communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer and employee information.
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, follow-up on inquiries, or provide information.
- Provide detailed information regarding products/services, promotions, or offers when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and quality standards.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, or sales meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [**English**].
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as telecalling, customer support, or sales, is a plus.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
