
Call Centre Representative

**Job brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
3. Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatively follow the guidelines set by the management.
4. Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
5. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way and pass on the message to the correct department.
6. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
**Requirements and skills**:1. Immediate joining.
2. Atleast Commerce graduate.
3. Fluent in English and Punjabi language.
4. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
5. Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
7. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
8. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
**Expectations**:
1. Night shift (9 PM to 6 AM IST) with no cab facility, office location is 5 minutes drive from Sector 28 Metro Station, Faridabad
2. 6 Months of probation period with no paid leaves
3. Training will be provided by the us
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
